Refund & Cancellation Policy World Futures Forum

These Refund & Cancellation Terms (“Policy”) govern all registrations and pass purchases for the World Futures Forum (“WFF” / “Event”). By registering for or purchasing an Event pass, you (“Delegate/Attendee”) agree to this Policy.

1. General Terms

  • The Event is open to all on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to venue capacity, security protocols, and event rules.
  • Delegates who opt for Premium seating, Networking Lunch, and Delegate Kits under the paid participation category must complete the registration and payment process as specified by the organizer.
  • All India SME Forum members are eligible to access these benefits at no cost.
  • Delegates who do not opt for Premium Passes will be provided with standard seating only and will not be eligible for networking lunch, delegate kit, premium seating, or other associated benefits.
  • Registration and participation are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Payments

  • All payments made towards delegate passes, premium seating, networking lunches, delegate kits, or any other paid WFF services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, or personal reasons.
  • Event passes and associated benefits cannot be transferred to another individual or postponed for future editions of WFF.

3. Duplicate or Excess Payments

In the event of a duplicate or erroneous payment, delegates must notify the WFF organizing committee via the official email address along with valid proof of payment.

Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date of confirmation.

4. Delegate Responsibilities

  • Delegates must verify all registration details including name, category, and payment status at the time of registration.
  • WFF shall not be responsible for loss of access due to incorrect information provided by the delegate.
  • Entry to the event venue is subject to identity verification and confirmation of registration.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By registering and submitting payment for participation in the World Futures Forum, the delegate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
